    The oil is rich in vitamins A, D, E, B1, B2, B3, B5 and trace elements of zinc, phosphorus, magnesium, calcium, iron, cobalt and iodine.

    Regular use (1 teaspoon twice daily) helps regulate cholesterol levels.

    Use: It is suitable for both hot and cold cooking, for preparing legumes and side dishes or cooked vegetables.
    It is also used in body massage and in the cosmetics industry.
