Use:

We recommend using the roller in the morning and/or evening. In the evening it will help prepare your skin for regeneration during sleep,  and in the morning it actively works against puffiness, fatigue  and the like.

1. Thoroughly cleanse the skin, and you can optionally apply a serum, oil or moisturising cream that suits you (the massage roller helps the active ingredients absorb better).
2. Using the roller, start the massage first at the neck – on the sides (not in the middle), or the décolletage, moving towards the scalp. Gentle pressure that feels pleasant on the skin is enough when rolling. Continue on the facial contour area (always in the direction of the contours, from the centre of the chin to the ear), the chin, the lip area and above the lip. Next, massage downward from the bridge of the nose and towards the cheekbones, from the centre towards the scalp. When massaging the eye area, use the smaller roller or the narrower part, if your roller is double-sided. Continue on the forehead area, moving up/down and left/right. Finally, gently tap the skin.
3. After the massage, use your usual cream.

Important warning:

After each use, don't forget to wash the roller thoroughly with warm water and soap.

OUR TIP: Bothered by facial puffiness, or want a pleasant refresh in the morning? Put the roller in ice water or the fridge for a few minutes. For relaxation, e.g. in the evening, warm water is suitable instead.
