It is for moments just like these that the aromatic MIGRAINE essential oil blend was created – a bold, fresh yet harmonious combination of scents that acts on the senses instantly.

The combination of lavender, citrus, pine and mint creates a scent that is clean, cooling and clear. It's an aroma that gently fills the space and creates a feeling of airiness around you. Many people have grown fond of this blend for those moments when they need to slow down, change the atmosphere, or take a breath again with a feeling of lightness.

Lavender brings gentleness and balance to the blend, citrus adds freshness and brightness, pine brings a feeling of nature and clean air, while peppermint gives it a cooling, refreshing character. Grapefruit lightens the whole composition and makes it pleasantly lively.

The MIGRAINE blend is intended for aromatherapy use – in a diffuser, an aroma lamp, or for dry inhalation. It's an ideal companion during the day, during mentally demanding periods, at work, while travelling, or in the evening, when you need to release accumulated tension and create a pleasant, calmer atmosphere.

Every drop contains only 100% pure essential oils, with no additives, dilution or synthetic fragrances. This is what makes the scent authentic, natural and full.

This blend is not just a scent – it's a ritual. A small pause during the day that lets you devote a moment to yourself, slow down, and tune in to your own breath.

METHODS OF USE

Inhalation: Aroma lamp: Add a few drops of the blend to an aroma lamp with water in a well-ventilated room.

Diffuser: Add a few drops to the diffuser according to the instructions for use.

Car diffuser / Aroma jewellery: Add a few drops to the pad.

Application to skin (ALWAYS only after dilution): Mix a small amount of carrier oil (e.g. MCT oil) with the essential oil blend.

General recommendations for diluting essential oils according to age, skin type and use:

1% dilution – 5-6 drops per 30 ml of carrier oil

Suitable for: children up to 6 years old, seniors, people with impaired immunity, people sensitive to fragrances, facial care cosmetics.

2% dilution – 10-12 drops per 30 ml of carrier oil

Suitable for: massage blends, bath blends, body care cosmetics

3% dilution – 15-18 drops per 30 ml of carrier oil

5% dilution – 25-30 drops per 30 ml of carrier oil

Suitable for: relief from tension. As part of relaxing care, oil blends are traditionally applied to pulse points, the nape of the neck, temples or the soles of the feet.

If you are just starting out with essential oils, favour fewer drops. In aromatherapy the rule is – LESS IS MORE!

WARNINGS AND SAFETY

• Not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
• Do not use undiluted essential oils directly on mucous membranes (nose, mouth, eyes) or on the skin (always dilute!!!).
• Before use, perform a skin tolerance test.  
• If you experience irritation, breathing difficulties or an allergic reaction, stop using immediately.
• Do not inhale essential oils directly in an overly concentrated form for a long time, especially if you have breathing difficulties, asthma or lung disease.
• Do not use if hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Do not ingest! Essential oils are not for direct internal use.

CONTRAINDICATIONS – WHO SHOULD BE CAUTIOUS

• People with respiratory conditions (e.g. asthma, COPD) – essential oils may cause irritation of the airways.
• People with epilepsy – aromatherapy may, in rare cases, trigger seizures.
• People with allergies to specific essential oils.
• Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before using essential oils.
