It contains fullerene, one of the most powerful antioxidants, and has remarkable purifying effects. Shungite water helps treat inflammatory conditions, allergies, and problems with the skin or joints. Try it in cooking too, or add it to your bath.

Shungite also has wide use around the home. It benefits fish in an aquarium as well as houseplants. It ensures good drainage of the soil and provides plant roots with plenty of water enriched with minerals and nutrients. Try the effects of this mineral on cut flowers too (it extends their vase life) or when rooting plants.

Method of use:
Wash the shungite with tap water. Fill a container in a ratio of 500 g of shungite to 5 litres of tap water. Leave the water to stand ideally for 12 hours. Let it steep in the water for a maximum of 24 hours. You can then use the water for drinking, cooking or bathing. After 5 - 6 months of use, replace the shungite with new to keep achieving the highest water quality.

Then pour off the water and you can use it. We recommend using it promptly, as unnecessary storage quickly reduces its energetic value.

Do not put the water in the fridge, and do not cover the container of water. Rinse the used shungite and repeat the process of soaking it again.

After 5 - 6 months of use, replace the shungite with new to keep achieving the highest water quality.

Cleaning shungite: We recommend cleaning shungite regularly to restore its properties. About once every 2 weeks, leave it to dry completely in the air, or in the sun. We also recommend, once every 2 months, soaking the shungite in a solution of baking soda or citric acid.
