SHIITAKE FORTE is a premium food supplement from the ALTEVITA brand, combining a highly concentrated extract of the mushroom Shiitake (Lentinula edodes) standardised to 30% polysaccharides together with Vitamin C in a single capsule made from plant-based HPMC cellulose. Each daily dose contains 80 mg of Vitamin C, which covers 100% of the recommended daily reference intake (RDI).

🍄 Shiitake – Lentinula edodes (Shiitake mushroom)

Shiitake is one of the most popular and widespread edible mushrooms in the world, with a thousand-year tradition of consumption and use, primarily in Asian culture – especially in Japan, China and Korea. Today, shiitake is a common part of people's diets worldwide and is also one of the most intensively scientifically researched edible mushrooms. The extract in SHIITAKE FORTE is standardised to 30% polysaccharides, which guarantees consistent quality and strength of every batch. The product contains an exceptionally high dose of 400 mg of extract per capsule (800 mg per daily dose).

Health claims for Shiitake extract have not been approved by EFSA under Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006.

Vitamin C is an essential vitamin that the human body cannot produce on its own and must be obtained through diet or food supplements. SHIITAKE FORTE contains 80 mg of Vitamin C per daily dose, which represents 100% of the recommended daily reference intake.

📋 Method of use
