DOSAGE

Dissolve an amount the size of a knife tip or a grain of rice in a glass of hot water, 1 – 2x a day on an empty stomach. The warmer the water, the more pliable the black sticky paste becomes. It is best taken on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. The daily dose can gradually be increased to 0.5 g (approx. the size of a pea).

If you store shilajit in a cool place, it is advisable to dip the glass jar in hot water for a few minutes before use to soften the paste.

TIP 1: In Ayurveda, shilajit is used as rasayana (a rejuvenation treatment), and it is a good idea to sweeten your shilajit drink with honey.

TIP 2: Shilajit enhances the effect of other herbs, so it works well combined with other food supplements.

We recommend taking shilajit for 30 days and then taking a 7 – 10 day break. It accumulates in the body and continues to work even during the break.
