    Direct inhalation of 100% essential oils.
    Swollen mucous membranes, easier breathing.
    Application: 3-5 times a day  
    Instructions: after opening, insert the inhaler into one nostril, block the other, and inhale deeply. Repeat with the other nostril.
    Ingredients: eucalyptus, lemon, rosemary, lavender, basil
