Soluble acacia fibre is one of the gentlest prebiotic fibres – excellently tolerated even by more sensitive digestive systems. It serves as food for beneficial gut bacteria.

🍬 Fructooligosaccharides – FOS (from Beta vulgaris L.) – 1,500 mg

Natural prebiotic carbohydrates obtained from sugar beet that selectively support the growth of bifidobacteria and lactobacilli in the large intestine.

Powder made from Filipino purple potato – a natural source of anthocyanins and fibre. Contributes to the overall fibre and natural colouring content of the product.

Recommended dosage

1 scoop (8.3 g) dissolve in 200–300 ml of water or juice. Consume once daily, ideally in the morning on an empty stomach or 30 minutes before a meal.
