Dates are a rich and significant source of potassium, chlorine, iron and B vitamins. They are a rich, quick source of energy for the human body.

Dates are a type of fruit that grows on the date palm (Phoenix dactylifera). They are dark brown oval fruits 3 to 7 cm long and 2 to 3 cm wide, characterised by a low water content and, conversely, up to 70% carbohydrate content. In subtropical and desert regions such as North Africa and the Middle East, they are one of the staple foods of the local diet.

Despite all the care and effort taken in pitting all stone fruits (this applies not only to dates but also, for example, to cherries, plums, sweet cherries, etc.), we cannot guarantee that the raw material is completely free of pits. This cannot be achieved technologically, and unfortunately, even after inspection by a human worker, the supplier cannot guarantee 100% purity. Suppliers are working intensively on this issue, but the technology is not yet advanced enough to achieve a product completely free of pits or fragments thereof.
