People have been consuming wheat for more than 5000 years, since the time of the Egyptian pharaohs. It is known for its detoxifying and cleansing properties. Our wheat is organically grown and carefully dried, preserving all of its nutrients. Although it comes from the wheat plant, it is gluten free.
