A blend of chickpea and lentil flour, ready to serve in just 5-10 minutes. Simply boil briefly, let it swell and season to taste. This legume-based couscous can be served in many ways – with grilled vegetables, tofu, fish, as a salad ingredient or as a dessert.

Savoury or sweet - with its delicate, aromatic taste, it is an excellent side dish and also an ingredient for soups, salads or casseroles. This special organic ingredient is rich in fibre and plant protein, and unlike regular couscous, it contains no gluten, which is great news for people with coeliac disease.
