TIPS FOR USE AND SUITABLE COMBINATIONS:

Bergamot, lavender, frankincense, rose

Gum inflammation – 1 drop of mint and 1 drop of sage in a glass of water + 1 tbsp oil – gargle

Oil for the lymphatic system (a week before menstruation - 50 ml carrier oil (almond, olive, sesame, etc.) + 5 drops fennel, 5 drops geranium, 5 drops rosemary, 5 drops sage. Mix the ingredients and massage the oil into the lower abdomen, legs and arms – in the direction of the heart.
