How to take mumio?

Mumio is recommended to be taken once a day. The tablets can be swallowed with a sufficient amount of liquid or dissolved in a warm drink – in water, tea or milk – at a temperature not exceeding 39°C. Filtered, non-chlorinated water is suitable for preparation. For better taste and effect, you can enrich the drink with a spoonful of ghee (clarified butter), coconut oil or honey.

Mumio is versatile – it works well in energy drinks, smoothies and various culinary recipes. It combines well with other food supplements, whose effect it may enhance.

Dosage: 1–2 tablets a day, taken with a sufficient amount of liquid or dissolved in a drink.
