Ingredients

Crushed milk thistle fruit (Silybum marianum), inulin - fibre from chicory root (Cichorium intybus), crushed Indian plantain husks – psyllium (Plantago ovata), ground Ceylon cinnamon bark (Cinnamon zeylanicum), ground Triphala fruit - Haritaki, Amalaki, Vibhitaki (Phyllanthus emblica, Terminalia belerica, Terminalia chebula).

Use

1 serving 10g (1 heaped tablespoon) 

Mix with 1-2 dl of water and drink immediately. We recommend taking it in the morning or in the afternoon; do not take it at night due to the high fibre content. Increase your fluid intake while using this product.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
